GTA IV has been rated “M” in the USA by the ESRB. Haha. Grand Theft Auto IV has been rated Mature for: Partial Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Drugs and Alcohol, Blood, and Intense Violence. Ahh, the perfect game.
