What’s to come for 2008

          Many people are saying that 2007 was the greatest year for video games. You had Bioshock, Halo 3, Assassin’s Creed, The Orange Box, Mass Effect, Call of Duty 4, Playstation 3’s and Wii’s first full year on the market, and many more things that made it a great year. With 2007 in the past, we can now start looking ahead towards 2008 and what it has to bring us.

          Let’s just take a look at some of those video games that were being talked about since the beginning of 2007, some even back in 2006.

New Indiana Jones Section

Hype of Indiana Jones returning to the big screen in 2008 has spawned some new video games. We will be covering all of them.

 The first Indiana Jones game to be announced for the 2008 movie, is “Indiana Jones 2008.” This is the unofficial name of course. This game will be available on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, and Nintendo DS.

The other confirmed Indiana Jones game is one that is just continuing the trend. LEGO Indiana Jones is also coming out next year. LucasArts also worked with the LEGO company to make 3 LEGO Star Wars video games: LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game, LEGO Star Wars: The Original Trilogy, and LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga.

Almost no information has been released about these two games.  LEGO Indiana Jones has received no new except for it’s press release stating it was in the making. Indiana Jones 2008 hasn’t seen any news or updates since May 2006.
